Project Overview

Our client is located in a populous city in eastern Indonesia, where the hot and rainy tropical climate imposes higher demands on the energy efficiency and stability of refrigeration equipment. To address these challenges, CBFI® meticulously planned a high-efficiency tube ice plant with a daily production capacity of 30 tons. This solution perfectly combines the dual advantages of low energy consumption and high output.

At the heart of the project are three Bitzer brand compressors, recognized industry-wide for their high efficiency. These compressors not only ensure the long-term stability of the equipment but also significantly enhance overall production efficiency. All components in contact with the ice are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring the hygiene, safety, and durability of the final product. Additionally, the project is equipped with an easy-to-operate double heat-seal foot pedal sealing machine, which increases packaging efficiency while ensuring the quality of ice block sealing. The packaged tube ice is then stored in a low-temperature ice storage room and delivered to customers via refrigerated trucks.
